Our individual services are focused on your goals and objectives. Each of our therapists takes a person-centered approach that ensures that you get what you want and need from therapy. Our therapists are professionally trained in a number of interventions to help you move from stress to peace, scared to calm, and weighted by the past to FREE!
The therapists at Breathing Space Psychotherapy are always looking to share their expertise and provide an environment for healing. Group work is a type of therapy where members engage with each other to share and gain insight into their own lives. Some of our groups are in-person and some are conducted via Zoom/Google Meet and are HIPAA compliant.
Breathing Space has therapists ready to work with teens ages 16-19. The developing brain of a teenager is constantly undergoing change, which is both exciting and can pose some challenges. We are here to support the unique stressors teens experience, especially now. We work with teens who are experiencing anxiety, identity issues, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and grief.
We offer workshops throughout the year. We believe that an extended period of time to focus on a specific issue can allow us to move through it effectively. With the support of other workshop members, you will find a safe place to fast-track your healing.
