Hello! Thanks for reading. I’m proud of you for taking this step and reaching out for help. Doing this can be a very difficult task, I am glad that you are here. We all struggle in one way or another. Please let me help you with yours, whatever it may be.

Area of Focus

Anxiety/Depression – I am a Certified Anxiety-Informed professional; we can work on your anxiety and depression in a number of ways – art therapy, mindfulness, guided meditations, CBT, exposure and response therapy – you’re in the driver’s seat.

Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy – Utilizing the rapid antidepressant effects of legally prescribed psychedelic medicine to facilitate change in therapy. Click here for more information.

Play Therapy/Art Therapy – to help with trauma, emotional dysregulation and behavior challenges.

PTSD/Trauma – I offer art therapy and I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help deal with traumatic experiences. – I work with individuals in developing their self confidence and self esteem via art therapy, role playing and gestalt techniques.

My Approach

As a trauma-informed art therapist and mental health professional, I utilize an eclectic approach to help each unique individual. Along with traditional talk therapy I provide art therapy and I am trained in cognitive process therapy, for trauma. I am also a certified anxiety-informed professional. I provide a safe, non-judgemental, and comfortable healing space for you to process your experience.

I obtained my masters at Edinboro University in PA, with a dual focus on art therapy and mental health counseling. I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have additional training in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy.

My Ideal Client

I welcome anyone that wants to feel better, gain insight and wants to put in the work to see positive changes in themselves. I believe that therapy can be beneficial for everyone. Let’s chat.
