Area of Focus
Anxiety/Depression – I am a Certified Anxiety-Informed professional; we can work on your anxiety and depression in a number of ways – art therapy, mindfulness, guided meditations, CBT, exposure and response therapy – you’re in the driver’s seat.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy – Utilizing the rapid antidepressant effects of Ketamine to facilitate change in therapy. Click here for more information.
Play Therapy/Art Therapy – to help with trauma, emotional dysregulation and behavior challenges.
