The Idea of the Week
We have two articles for you this week.
The first being one is encouraging us to work with and honor the cycle we are in.
Life Cycles & Season – Honor the One You’re In
The second article this week is specifically for the men. We talk often about the monthly cycles of a woman, but did you know men go through their own cycle as well?
Practice of the Week
With cycles, change is inevitable. Our clinician, Linda, found this wonderful, straighforward and helpful video walking us through the stages of change.

The News of the Week
And for the women….
Just a quick note to connect you with my friend Tere. She’s a Reproductive Health Coach. She helps women and people with periods live free from challenging cycle symptoms and feel more emotionally stable throughout the month. She does this through helping folks heal their hormones, adjust mindset and connecting people with their spiritual self through the transformation of cyclical living. Tere is giving away free intro coaching sessions this month and I think you’ll love meeting with her. I know the subject of periods can be a bit ‘taboo’. We are barely taught anything about our bodies, let alone how our cycles can truly be our superpower! I hope you’ll connect with Tere to take advantage of the free coaching session she’s offering. During your free session, she will help you identify your trouble areas, and create a roadmap for how to feel better! I also just have to say that Tere has this earthy, wise woman vibe to her, and is an absolute wealth of information. I think the two of you will feel an immediate connection. Tere also works with clients regularly. So, after your first session, I’m sure she’ll share what it might look like to work together. Whether that works for you or not, please snag an intro session with Tere. You won’t regret it. Here’s a scheduling link to Tere’s calendar so you can grab a time to have a meeting over Zoom —> https://www.teremariemartini.com/s/appointments ** Good luck!
