Therapy Intensives for Deep, Focused Healing
Sometimes weekly therapy isn’t enough. Therapy intensives offer a powerful way to dive deeper, move through stuck places, and reconnect with yourself—at your own pace.
What Are Therapy Intensives?
Therapy intensives are extended, personalized sessions that allow you to work deeply without the stop-and-start of traditional weekly therapy. Whether you’re feeling stuck, wanting to accelerate your progress, or exploring a specific theme, intensives create space for sustained focus and transformation.
Therapy intensives can stand alone or complement ongoing weekly work. Many clients choose intensives as a meaningful adjunct to their existing therapy, much like how clients utilize Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with us. They’re ideal for creating momentum, shifting long-held patterns, or working through something that feels “bigger” than the 50-minute format allows.
Our intensives are rooted in somatic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and nervous system regulation practices. Every session is co-created with your goals and your nervous system in mind.

Is a Therapy Intensive Right for You?
Therapy intensives are ideal for people who:
- Feel plateaued in weekly sessions and want deeper progress
- Are navigating a life transition and want focused support
- Prefer to go deep with minimal disruption
- Want to explore somatic work, trauma processing, or spiritual integration
- Have limited time for weekly sessions and prefer to condense the work
Note: Intensives are not designed for clients in active crisis. If you’re currently experiencing acute distress, we recommend more frequent or ongoing care first, then reassessing.
