Breathing Space was created as a place of healing. Every room has been thoughtfully designed to support meaningful conversations, personal growth, learning, and community.
Whether you are gathering five people or fifty, we hope your guests leave feeling more connected than when they arrived.

The Studio
Room to Gather, Learn, and Connect
The studio is suited for yoga, meditation, breathwork, women’s circles, therapy and support groups, workshops, professional trainings, and community gatherings.
Included: yoga mats, meditation cushions, bolsters, blankets, BackJacks, folding chairs, fireplace with
prior approval, heat, Wi-Fi, shared waiting area, shared kitchenette, and parking.
Capacity: up to 30 people seated on the floor or up to 100 standing. Approximately 18 parking spaces are available.
Important: Studio rentals do not include access to therapy offices.
Therapy Office
A Warm, Professional Place to Meet
A furnished therapy office is available to therapists and other approved helping professionals through recurring reserved half-day or full-day arrangements.
Our furnished therapy office offer a warm, private setting for clinicians and other approved helping professionals who want an in-person space without the commitment of a full-time office.
Reserve the same half day or full day each week, giving you a predictable place to meet with clients while the office remains available to other professionals when you’re not there.
Your office rental includes:
- A private, furnished therapy office
- Shared waiting area

- Heat and utilities
- On-site parking
- Access to the shared kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and water cooler
Please note: The kitchenette does not have a sink or running water. Therapy office rental does not include access to the studio or studio equipment.

*For ongoing, weekly classes, the split is 70% / 30% in your direction.

A Few Helpful Essentials
The shared kitchenette includes a microwave, mini refrigerator, electric kettle, and water cooler. There is no sink or running water. Please take home anything that requires washing.

The building entrance is accessible via a ramp. Please note that the restroom is not wheelchair accessible. If you have questions about accessibility or whether the space will meet your needs, please contact us.

Yes. Furniture and equipment may be rearranged carefully and must be returned to their original
placement before the end of the reservation.
Yes, with prior disclosure in the inquiry. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini refrigerator, electric kettle,
and water cooler, but no sink or running water.
Yes, with active supervision. They may never be left unattended.
The fireplace may be available for studio rentals with prior approval.
Only when the remainder of the building is empty or prior approval has been granted. Therapy clients and
confidential information may never appear.
Storage is not guaranteed. Any request to leave supplies must be approved in advance.
Yes. Reserve enough time for both setup and cleanup.
Once we receive your request and approved it, we will send a Space Use Agreement to sign and an invoice for payment. Once payment is recieved, your reservation is confirmed.
Please include set up and clean up time in your rental request.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building or on the property.
No illicit substances are allowed.
We have 9 folding chairs, 8 high back oak chairs, a couch, 6 Back Jacks, 6 bean bag chairs, and many bolsters and pillows for floor seating.
We have one 9-ft oak table and 3 5-ft folding tables.
