The Practice of the Week
In a time where we are all spending more time indoors and online, let’s take a deeper dive into why stepping outside and enjoying the outdoors can benefit us in ways we may not expect.
In an article from The Greater Good Magazine, we learn How Nature Can Make You Kinder, Happier, and More Creative.
The Idea of the Week
Maybe it is coffee on your front porch, a sidewalk treasure hunt for colorful fallen leaves, or a walk in the woods. No matter what gets you out there, we want to encourage you to breathe a little deeper and allow the fresh air to do it’s magic.
We thought we would provide you with some listening options this week. They both pair well whether you are on the go or sitting peacefully still.
- A podcast from from Diverse Minds: Connecting with Nature and Mental Health.
- Some meditative music titled, Let Go Like Leaves of Fall
