We Are All Creative

This week's newsletter is meant to do two things.
1 - Challenge the belief that we either have the creative gene/spark....or we don't. What if every one of us is creative and we only need to tap into it?
2 - Share the benefits of creativity to nourish our own mental health.

The Practice of the Week

We start with Simple Reason Everyone Can Be Creative.

Then we on to Here’s How Creativity Actually Improves Your Health.

Finally, we will round it out with How To Practice Creativity (Even If You Think Your’re Bad At It).

The Idea of the Week

We would be remiss if we talked about creativity without offering the work of Elizabeth Gilbert, most importantly, her book, Big Magic. Although there are countless podcasts and YouTube clips to choose from, we had to choose just one. That said, google away to find more!

This particular Ted Talk was given before she wrote Big Magic while she was gathering the ideas. It is titled Your Elusive Creative Genius
