PTSD and Trauma
Healing from trauma is a journey, it can be difficult alone. I will walk this path with you and help with your healing journey. I am IFS-informed which can help to regulate and work to heal past trauma. Through art therapy, ACT, CBT and IFS we can work on rebuilding your self-confidence, self-esteem,and regulate your nervous system, one step at a time.
My Approach
As a trauma-informed art therapist and mental health professional, my approach is all about meeting you where you are. I blend traditional talk therapy with creative therapies, like art therapy, to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. I’m here to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
Qualifications
I earned my master’s degree from Edinboro University in Pennsylvania, where I focused on both art therapy and mental health counseling. I’m a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy.
