The Practice of the Week

In year’s past, a popular resolution centered around a new shiny workout regime. Gym memberships would soar and then, inevitably, taper off. This year, 2022, is diverting from this trend. The Idea of the Week

We have two listening options this week.

First, in Chloe Hakim-Moore’s Tedx Talk, we learn that when we Stop Chasing Purpose and Focus on Wellness, we may find a new sense of inner peace. Lastly, Glennon Doyle’s podcast, New Year, Same You: Good News About Bad January Branding. She talks about burnout, stillness, and finding (chasing) freedom.
