
Routine
Do you prefer your days to be casually spontaneous or structured by routine? Even if you tend to scroll on when you see the word “routine,” we all subject ourselves to a degree of routine without knowing it. We tend to group our habits, such as brushing our teeth, making dinner, driving to work, or visiting family on the weekends, to certain times in our day, week, or year. As helpful as routines are, it can be difficult to create a new routine when you’ve had a routine (no matter how loosely or rigidly structured).
So, whether your days feel rigidly stagnant or hectic with no stability, this week, we’re learning how to build a meaningful routine that we actually enjoy!
