As a survivor of childhood sexual assault and trauma, she started her own healing journey more than 20 years ago. In addition to utilizing traditional talk therapy, Jennifer discovered the healing power of hands-on experiential modalities such as therapeutic art and EFT Tapping to explore and process her past, present, and future. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in secondary and higher education at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York, and has taught in classrooms from elementary school through college. Today Jennifer is a coach who blends a variety of tools such as therapeutic art, journaling, EFT tapping, role play, psychoeducational, and more into individual sessions and support groups. Her passion is to help others explore present life circumstances and future dreams and aspirations to create their own pathway to healing.
