The Practice of the Week
Although this particular article from The NY Times was written at the height of the pandemic, it still holds true. Getting our bodies moving has tremendous mental health benefits. What happens to so many of us is that we think if we aren’t running miles a day or spending hours at the gym, it doesn’t count. This is here to remind us all that all movement counts. Whether we walk the dog, gently stretch before bed or have a dance party in the kitchen, it all counts!
