The Idea of the Week

Mindfulness is the practice of “living in the present” without judgment. This means we are aware of and accept our thoughts, feelings, sensations, and experiences. Our goal isn’t to clear our minds but to observe our present presence without making assumptions, judgments, or stories. 

When we mindfully engage in an activity, we allow ourselves to be focused on our tasks and aware of our experiences.

This week, we encourage you to bring mindfulness to your workspace.

We also encourage you to mindfully engage with social media.
