This workshop is designed to create a space to focus on a part of yourself that needs healing, comfort, witnessing, guidance, encouragement or release.  Everyone longs to be seen and heard.  During this healing circle, you will have a designated amount of time that is just for you, to use as you need.  The rest of the group will hold the space for you and support your process. This group is not about advice giving or problem solving. It is about experiencing our hurt, angry, sad, happy, joyful places and allowing other participants to do the same within a safe, supportive space.  You will find that witnessing another woman’s work and holding her in loving presence also offers an opportunity for healing within you!  Please bring an open heart and trust in your own process. $35 –  Limited to 6 participants. Preregistration is required.
