The Studio
Room to Gather, Learn, and Connect
The studio is suited for yoga, meditation, breathwork, women’s circles, therapy and support groups, workshops, professional trainings, and community gatherings.
Included: yoga mats, meditation cushions, bolsters, blankets, BackJacks, folding chairs, fireplace with
prior approval, heat, Wi-Fi, shared waiting area, shared kitchenette, and parking.
Capacity: up to 30 people seated on the floor or up to 100 standing. Approximately 18 parking spaces are available.
Therapy Offices
A Warm, Professional Place to Meet
Furnished therapy offices are available to therapists and other approved helping professionals through recurring reserved half-day or full-day arrangements.
Included: furnished office, shared waiting area, heat, Wi-Fi, shared kitchenette, and parking.
Important: Office reservations do not include access to the studio or studio equipment.

A Few Helpful Essentials
The shared kitchenette includes a microwave, mini refrigerator, electric kettle, and water cooler. There is no sink or running water. Please take home anything that requires washing.

The building entrance is accessible via a ramp. Please note that the restroom is not wheelchair accessible. If you have questions about accessibility or whether the space will meet your needs, please contact us.
POLICIES
A Few Things to Know
Photography and video are permitted only when the remainder of the building is empty or with prior approval. Therapy clients and confidential information may never appear in photographs or recordings.
Candles and incense are permitted with active supervision and may never be left unattended.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building. They are allowed only in the designated lower parking area.
The fireplace may be used only with prior approval.
Rental time includes setup and cleanup.
