Retreat Schedule Overview
Saturday, March 1: Arrival & Opening to Transformation
Welcome to the beginning of your soul’s journey! Upon your arrival at Dublin Airport (DUB), you will shuttle to the cozy Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport, where you’ll stay in comfortable triple-occupancy rooms. Double or single rooms available for a surcharge. If you arrive before check-in (2:00 PM), the hotel will happily store your luggage, allowing you the freedom to explore the vibrant city of Dublin at your own pace.
This day is dedicated to easing into your retreat experience, creating space for spiritual healing and transformation. Meals are not provided on this day, offering you the opportunity to discover local cuisine. Get ready to immerse yourself in the ancient magic of Ireland!
Sunday, March 2: Opening Circle & Fire Ceremony
After a nourishing breakfast, we’ll journey from Dublin to the sacred grounds of Brú Moytura, where our retreat truly begins. Here, we will gather for an Opening Circle and a powerful Fire Ceremony, designed to set our intentions and clear space for the personal transformation that awaits. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Celtic traditions, this ceremony will invite you to release what no longer serves you and open your heart to the healing energy of the land. Let the flames guide you as we embark on this soulful adventure together.
Monday, March 3: Hawthorn Ceremony, Flower Mandala Creation
As our journey continues at the sacred site of Brú Moytura, you’ll experience a deeply transformative day. We’ll begin with the Hawthorn Ceremony, a ritual that connects us to the mystical energy of the Hawthorn tree, known in Celtic lore as a gateway between worlds. The Hawthorn represents protection, balance, and the heart’s wisdom, offering us a chance to deepen our intentions for the retreat and invoke the blessings of the ancient spirits of the land.
Following this, we’ll create a Flower Mandala, a beautiful, collaborative art piece made from nature’s offerings. This sacred practice invites you to channel your energy into the Earth, using natural findings to craft a visual prayer of gratitude and intention. Each item placed in the mandala symbolizes a personal wish or intention, creating a living tapestry that reflects the collective energy of the group.
To further ground and relax, we’ll finish the day with a deeply soothing Sound Healing session. The vibrations of sound will guide you into a state of deep peace, helping you integrate the day’s rituals. This day will be a profound immersion in Celtic wisdom, helping you open to transformation.
Tuesday, March 4: Carrowmore: Sacred Rituals
After breakfast, we invite you to join a serene Group Meditation, where we will set intentions and clear energetic space together. This meditation will deepen your preparation as we move into the powerful ceremonies planned for the day, aligning your spirit with the transformative energy ahead.
Our first destination is the Tobernault Holy Well, where you’ll take part in a sacred Water Blessing Ceremony. This ancient ritual is designed to release emotional blocks and cleanse your spirit, as we connect with the pure, healing waters of Tobernault. This sacred blessing symbolizes emotional healing and renewal, leaving you refreshed and open for further transformation.
Next, we journey to the awe-inspiring Carrowmore Megalithic Site, one of Ireland’s oldest and largest megalithic cemeteries. Here, you’ll embark on a profound Shamanic Journey. This meditative practice calls upon the wisdom of ancient spirits to guide you deeper into your healing path. As you connect with the timeless energies of the land, you’ll receive insights and guidance to support your personal transformation.
Wednesday, March 5: Breathwork & Release Circle
We remain at Brú Moytura for a day of deep emotional release and personal empowerment. The focus is on transformative Breathwork and a powerful Release Circle. Through conscious breath and somatic exercises, you will tap into and release emotional patterns that no longer serve you, making space for self-discovery and inner strength.
This day invites you to face your shadow self, confront and release suppressed rage, and unleash the grief held within. The safe, supportive environment will guide you through these intense emotions, allowing for profound healing and transformation as you step into a more empowered version of yourself.
Thursday, March 6: Knocknashee Hill, Glen Wood Hungry Rock
Today, we ascend to the mystical Knocknashee Hill, a place rich with fairy energy and ancient legends. During a profound shamanic journey, you’ll connect with the spirit of the land and the ethereal presence of the fairies. Together, we will create a flower mandala and offer it to the cairns, symbolizing your deep gratitude for the healing, wisdom, and personal growth you’ve received throughout the retreat.
After this, we’ll explore the tranquil Glen Wood Hungry Rock, an abandoned village where you can reflect on the history and resilience of those who lived there.
The day concludes with an integration circle, where you’ll express gratitude for your journey, share your experiences, and prepare to carry the lessons and transformation into your daily life with a heart full of appreciation.
Friday, March 7: Healing Circle & Art Making
Next, we dive deeper into your healing journey with a morning Healing Circle focused on using art-making, and other experiential modalities as powerful therapeutic tools. Through deep expression, you’ll explore emotions and insights that have surfaced during the retreat, allowing for deeper healing and self-awareness.
The afternoon is reserved for Integration, and preparation for your post-retreat 30-day plan, providing space for reflection as you process and solidify the transformations you’ve experienced. This time allows you to internalize the lessons of the retreat, ensuring you leave with a strong foundation for continued healing and empowerment.
Saturday, March 8: Carrowkeel, Cacao, & Ecstatic Dance
On Day 8, we embark on a journey to the ancient and mystical site of Carrowkeel, one of Ireland’s most significant Neolithic passage tombs. Nestled in the Bricklieve Mountains, this sacred place offers a profound setting for a grounding Shamanic Journey. As you connect with the ancient energies of the land and the wisdom of the ancestors, you’ll open yourself to receiving deeper insights and messages. These messages, unique to each person’s path, may offer guidance, clarity, and a sense of purpose, helping you understand the next steps in your personal growth and spiritual journey.
We then return to Brú Moytura for a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, where the ritual’s energizing properties will enhance your connection to yourself and others, fostering a sense of joy and community. The day culminates in an exhilarating Ecstatic Dance, where you’ll embody the messages and insights you received during the Shamanic Journey, expressing them through movement. This celebration of self-expression will help you integrate the wisdom you’ve gained, leaving you empowered and aligned with your deeper purpose.

Hello, I’m Meg, and I’m passionate about guiding women through deep emotional and spiritual transformations. My journey began like many others, searching for deeper meaning. In my 20s, I traveled solo through Ireland, where the beauty of the land and its spirit connected me to a sense of empowerment I hadn’t felt before.
Discovering the Power of the Land
My travels were more than just seeing Ireland’s landscapes; they helped me reconnect with lost parts of myself. The ancient sites and rolling hills brought clarity, and alongside this, I discovered the healing power of somatic therapies and the importance of community in trauma healing.
Healing & Guiding Others
This personal transformation led me to explore deeper healing methods like Brainspotting, EMDR, and EFT Tapping, and to incorporate psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy into my work. Through sacred rituals and ceremonies, I help women trust their inner healing wisdom and reconnect with their personal power.
Ireland As A Sacred Place
For me, Ireland is more than a place—it’s a partner in healing. The mystical landscapes have played a pivotal role in my own healing, and I can’t wait to share the magic of this sacred land with you on this retreat.

Spiritual Guide
Hi, I’m Amanda, a Celtic shamanic healer and spiritual guide deeply rooted in Ireland’s sacred landscapes. Growing up near ancient sites fueled my passion for the Earth’s wisdom and the power of transformation. I founded Ireland’s only Mandala Meditation course, blending ancient Celtic traditions with modern mindfulness practices. As a Reiki Master and sound healer, I’m honored to guide others through transformative journeys of deep emotional, spiritual, and energetic healing.
Working with Sacred Plant Medicine
A core part of my practice involves working with sacred plant medicines like cacao and hawthorn. These plants are powerful allies in opening the heart and connecting with our emotional truths. Growing up near the mystical Hill of the Fairies, I’ve always felt a profound connection to the land and its spirits, which influences every ceremony I lead.
Empowering Women through Ceremony
Guiding women through transformational journeys is my greatest joy. Through ceremony, sound healing, and energy work, I help women rediscover their personal power and spiritual connection. Sharing the magic of the fairies and the healing energy of the land is a privilege, and I’m passionate about creating spaces for deep healing and spiritual growth.

Yes, you can use your cell phone in Ireland, but it depends on your carrier and phone setup. Here are the key things to consider:

A anamnacha áille (Dear beautiful souls)
A anamnacha áille,
Can I just say? I can hardly contain my excitement for what we’re going to create together!
Just imagine it—a whole week dedicated to reconnecting with yourself, set against the backdrop of Ireland’s mythic landscapes and surrounded by like-minded women seeking a similar journey. This is going to be a transformative experience like no other!
My vision? It’s simple: a beautiful mix of magic, healing, and a dash of playfulness—because why should healing always be so serious, right? We’ll dive deep into our hearts, let the ancient Irish land hold us, and maybe even share a belly laugh or two while discovering things about ourselves that we’ve forgotten. We’ll create space for transformation, but also for pure joy. And yes, there will be plenty of tea and cozy chats (no retreat is complete without them!).
Picture this: mornings spent in peaceful meditation or walking in the fresh Irish air, afternoons visiting sacred sites that hold ancient wisdom (yes, there might even be fairies involved!), and evenings cozying up around a peat fire, sharing stories, letting sound bowls bathe us, and dancing our healing into existence. No judgments, no rush—just you, me, and a beautiful group of women supporting each other through whatever comes up.
I truly believe in the power of community and shared experiences. This retreat isn’t just about healing (though trust me, there will be plenty of that); it’s about joy, connection, and the little moments that remind us why we’re here. So bring your messy, beautiful self—because I can’t wait to meet her. We’re going to make some magic together, I promise!
Le grá, (With love)
Meg
