Breathwork Workshops are guided group experiences designed to help participants harness the power of conscious breathing for physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Led by a trained facilitator, the workshop introduces various breathing techniques tailored to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and unlock stored emotional energy.
Participants experience sensations of release, clarity, or emotional breakthrough, as breathwork can access altered states of consciousness and promote self-discovery. Workshops help individuals process their experiences and use the breath as a tool for healing, transformation, and personal growth.

My yoga journey began in 2013 at a Bikram-style hot yoga studio, where I committed to 60 consecutive days of practice-and I had never felt better. Over time, my practice evolved as I explored beyond Bikram, embracing the fluidity and creativity of Vinyasa yoga. While my dedication ebbed and flowed over the years, yoga remained a quiet constant in my life.
In 2023, during an inpatient mental health and substance use treatment program, I reconnected deeply with yoga and breathwork. It brought me back to the transformative moment when I first discovered yoga and reminded me of its incredible power to ground and heal. Practicing daily during this time became my anchor, helping me reconnect with myself and my inner strength.
In early 2024, I earned my RYT-200 certification in Ayurvedic Yoga, driven by a passion to integrate yoga and breathing practices into the recovery process. Yoga has repeatedly and reliably transformed my life, and sharing this gift feels like an essential calling.
From grounding breaths like Humming Bee and Heavenly Victory to balancing poses and empowering inversions, these practices continue to guide me through life’s ups and downs in ways that surprise and uplift me. I’m honored to be your guide on this journey, as we move, breathe, and navigate life together.
