Join us for a weekly meditation circle, where we come together to find peace, balance, and inner calm. Our sessions are open to people of all levels of experience, and you don’t need to have any prior knowledge of meditation to participate. We’ll guide you through techniques and practices that you can use to reduce stress, increase focus, and promote overall well-being. Each session will include a brief instruction, guided meditation, and time for journaling and questions. Bring a friend and breathe into the new year!!
